Synopsis- SPOILER ALERT!!!

Vibe's brother Armando is in jail for having joined the El Lobos, which Vibe was himself once a part of. He bails Armando out but soon comes face to face with the gang. They have recently inducted Armando and had gone on to Star Labs for a theft, for which Armando was arrested. Armando sides with the gang and they refuse to tell Vibe what is going on. Vibe warns his brother that he wouldn't think twice about bringing him in if need be, in the midst of insults from his former gang. He gets back to the Watchtower and assembles a team to do recon in El Lobos' warehouse. As soon as the gang's backer, Dr Sivana, reveals his entire plan, the league moves in and battles the gang and Sivana's android- Mr. Atom, who he plans to use against Capt. marvel in Fawcett City. A gang member attempts to shoot Ragman in the back but Armando intervenes just as Vibe 'touches' Mr. Atom and brings him down to pieces. After the battle, Armando realizes he has had a change of heart.

Logic Out The Window

Review

This is quite an enjoyable issue. It does have the usual 'morals' tale, but this time the kid front and center is part of a gang, not something the JLU comic has ever tackled before. Also it deals with the first-person script in a lot of parts utilizing Vive's character. This issue reveals a lot about what kind of man Vibe is and how he has changed and how he doesn't want his brother to encounter the same problems he did in the past.

Barberi's art is, as always, stunning. With a great cover to match.

Notable for

- the full appearance of Vibe.

- being the only issue with a smaller Justice League logo appearing on the upper right side.
