Part of the 2nd set of
Justice Lords.
The figure, just like the others that came before it is essentially just a
repaint, though, lhe received an all new cape.
The
detail is just painted over and therefore his chest-straps and trunks show
from under the black paint. Also the straps are painted on top of bootcuffs
that shouldn't really be there. Overall though, he is a stunning addition to
the set.
